Your cart. The dishes and options you add are saved in your own browser (local storage) so your cart is still there when you come back. It stays on your device until you check out or clear it.

Pickup details at checkout. When you check out, you give us your name, phone number and an optional note for the kitchen. We send these, with your order, to Square to create your order and secure payment page.

Payment. You pay on Square’s secure checkout page. Your card details go directly to Square; they never pass through or are stored on our website.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and keeps short-lived server logs to run and protect the site.

We use your pickup details only to prepare your order, contact you about it, and keep normal business records. Square may text you order updates at the number you provide. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose “Accept” in our cookie notice, we count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you; it reports totals such as how many people viewed the menu. If you choose “Decline”, the analytics script never loads. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Your cart and your cookie choice are stored in your browser’s local storage and are needed for the site to work as you expect.

We share information only with the services that run this website and your order: Square (orders and payments), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Supabase (the text of our website) and Google Fonts (the site’s typefaces, which your browser loads from Google). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for the order and for our tax and accounting obligations. Hosting logs are kept only briefly by our provider.

You can clear your cart at any time, decline analytics, or ask us what information we hold about you from past orders and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
