Online orders are for pickup at our restaurant in Frontier Village, Prescott, Arizona. Menu items, options and prices come from our point-of-sale system and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Your order is placed once your payment is completed on Square’s secure checkout page and you see a confirmation. Square sends your receipt. Pickup times are estimates (usually about 20 minutes) and may be longer at busy times.

Payments are processed by Square under Square’s terms. We never see or store your full card details.

If you need to change or cancel an order, or something isn’t right with it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have started preparing an order we may not be able to cancel it. Any refund we agree to is returned to your original payment method.

Our kitchen handles common food allergens, and menu descriptions may not list every ingredient. If you have an allergy, please tell us in the kitchen note or call before ordering; we cannot guarantee any dish is allergen-free.

Photos and illustrations show our food and style; actual dishes may vary in appearance. The website’s text, logo and images belong to Pho Cafe Prescott or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our consent.

Please don’t misuse the site, for example by interfering with its operation or placing fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel orders we believe are fraudulent or placed in error, such as an obviously wrong price.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Pho Cafe Prescott is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after its effective date.
